Terms & Conditions
- Minimum Order - Our minimum online order is $25.00.
- Payment - Orders can be paid by using MasterCard, Visa or American Express Credit Cards only.
- Order Processing & Shipping - Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days, but may take longer depending on product availability and peak seasonal periods. Domestic shipments in the U.S. are made via UPS ground service unless you specify otherwise. International shipments outside the U.S. are made using the best carrier available.
- Freight Charges - All freight charges are added to your final bill and are based on the total actual weight of your package. Freight for air shipments is calculated using dimensional weight.
- International Shipments - We do not calculate freight charges for International orders online. Please specify your preferred method of shipping and we will try to accommodate your request.
- Returns & Exchanges - Returns are for merchandise credit only--NO REFUNDS. Exchanges can be made without penalty for equal or higher value merchandise as long as the original item is in new resalable condition and the exchange occurs within 30 days of original receipt. A return authorization number is required for all returns; please contact us for this information. A 20% restocking fee will be added to all returns. We make every effort to ensure your order is processed correctly. Our system requires that all orders be checked three times during the preparation process. We will ship exactly what you order; we ask that you check your order carefully and review your order prior to submitting.
- Damages - If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for instructions.
- Custom Orders - We can custom make almost any item you want. All orders for special colors and or sizes require a 50% deposit in order to process and are not refundable. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
- Product Information
- Sizes: All dimensions listed on our website are approximated. We have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, but we can not guarantee 100% accuracy.
- Colors and Materials: We maintain our stock of displays in 2 different colors and 3 different type of materials.
- 1 - Economy Line Velvet - These displays are made with black faux velvet material which give you the look and feel of real velvet but at a much more reasonable price.
- 2 - Economy Line Leatherette - Made with white faux leather material, this line of displays is priced just right for those that want the look of leather but not the cost.
- 3 - Value Line Leatherette - This is our best quality White Vienna Leatherette. This fabric will keep its original color and last much longer then items form our Economy Line.
